White Whole Wheat Flour

Our 100% whole grain wheat flour, milled from American hard white wheat to a fine texture, contains the nutritional benefits of grinding the whole kernel.  This flour, versus flour milled from hard red wheat, produces a lighter color finished product with a slightly sweeter taste.  No treatments are added unless requested.
