Dark Rye Flour

Our Dark Rye flour, milled from select, cleaned rye grain, is a refined flour that includes the inseparable, fine mixture of bran and other grain components which remain after the flour extraction.  This product imparts a more intense flavor and darker color than white and medium rye flours.  No treatments are added unless requested.
