Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Deliver bagged and bulk flour products to customers
- Load and unload trailers with bagged or bulk product
- Maintain proper fluid levels on the equipment used
- Complete various documentation to meet record-keeping requirements
- Comply with federal and state regulations related to transportation
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to safety, detail and time management
- Maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with company employees
and customers - Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and related equipment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit and operate a vehicle for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to and in excess of one hundred (100) pounds
regularly - Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and ascend/descend a ladder up to twenty (20) feet
- Willingness to work in varying weather and road conditions
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Participate in federally regulated mandatory drug test program
- Must have formal training for Forklift and Pallet Jack (on site training provided if needed)
Other Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ensure adherence to company policies, OSHA and DOT/FMCSA health and safety
standards - Adherence to company policies, delivery schedules and customer service expectations
- Keep assigned truck appearance acceptable

Facilities Technician (Lititz)

Overview
The Facilities Technician is responsible to be familiar with equipment and operations within the entire facility and to operate and maintain mill performance including troubleshooting automation equipment and sensors (PLCs), industrial electrical systems, motors, bearing/gears, and other systems and components.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Understand the operation of milling and grain handling equipment
- Inspect, maintain and repair specialized machinery and equipment found in mills
- Eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life of equipment
- Maintain and prioritize planned maintenance schedules in conjunction with other departments
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and/or power tools and reassemble equipment
- Order, organize and maintain sufficient inventory of replacement parts
- Complete various documentation to meet recordkeeping requirements for maintenance records
- Maintain clean, safe and orderly work site, accountable for all tools, parts and equipment utilized for repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues after working hours, if needed
- Maintain building structures
Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Understanding of basic maintenance drive systems and components or experience with plan automation systems (PLCs, Variable Frequency Drive, Electrical Mechanical Systems)
- Knowledge of maintaining, operating and troubleshooting cleaning, milling and conveying systems
- Skill and ability to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools
- Organizational skills with the ability to provide accurate information consistently
- Must have formal training for Forklift and Pallet Jack (on-site training provided, if needed)
- Must be able to lift up to, and in excess of, one hundred pounds
- Strong safety-orientation complying with company procedures, rules and regulations
- Must be able to perform in a busy environment with constantly moving machinery
- Must be able to accommodate stairs and climb ladders
- Food manufacturing background preferred but not required
- Maintain cooperative, working relationships with company employees
- Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill the overall purpose of the job and/or meet company needs
